Born in 1974, Firuzan İşcan graduated from Galatasaray University the Department of Industrial Engineering in 1997. In 1999, he completed the Industrial Engineering graduate program at Galatasaray University. Firuzan İşcan, started his insurance career at Allianz Insurance in 2001, held the positions of Region Manager, Sales Group Manager, Head of Marketing / Head of Market Management and Chief Customer Officer respectively. He worked as the Head of International Customer and Distribution Channels Experience at Allianz Germany for about 2 years, and then he was appointed as the CEO of Allianz Worldwide Partners Turkey. Having served as Assistant General Manager of Sales and Marketing at Axa Sigorta between May 2018 and August 2023, İşcan was appointed as the General Manager of HDI Sigorta as of August 16, 2023.

Born in Istanbul in 1980, F. Burcu Çakıcı graduated from the Department of Actuary of Marmara University in 2003. She started his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers in 2003 and has worked as the manager of the Accounting, Collection, Fund Management, Budget and Financial Reporting and Recovery departments in our company since 2010, and as of January 2014, she was appointed as the Deputy General Manager for Financial Affairs.

Necmettin Gündoğdu was born in Istanbul in 1973. He graduated from Anadolu University in 2013 and from Department of Public Administration. Starting his career at İhlas Sigorta in 1997 and has served in different positions as Auto and Non-Auto Claims Manager, Claims and Customer Relations Group Manager since 2015. He has been appointed as the Assistant General Manager of Claims and Customer Relations as of 2022.
